If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password".

Click "OK" when you have finished.
An email with further instructions will be sent to you.
If you do not receive the email within an hour, check your junk mail/spam folder.
If you still cannot find the email, please contact VTech's Customer Service department for assistance.
Click to open the link within the email through a browser to reset the Learning Lodge™ account password.
Enter a new password and repeat it in the confirmation field. Click "OK" when you have finished.
The password must be at least 8 characters in length, contain both upper and lower case letters, and have a number in it.
When the password is updated, a successful message will be given.
(Genio users can ignore the instruction to restart Learning Lodge™ as this is meant for consumers who access Learning Lodge™ through their computers.)
