If you get an error message when downloading a firmware update or you've been waiting for more than 4 hours and the download has not finished, the download may have stopped because the unit disconnected from Wi-Fi.

Follow the below instructions to check your Wi-Fi connection and resume the download if necessary.

Select the Parental Controls icon at the bottom right corner of the profile selection screen to enter Parental Controls.

Enter your Parental Controls passcode on the next screen.

To make sure your device is connected to the Internet, select "Device Settings" from the Parental Controls menu. Then, select "Wi-Fi Settings" to continue.

Click the gear iconto select advanced Wi-Fi settings.

Click the switch iconOFF and then ON to refresh the Wi-Fi connection. If you are not connected to any network, select a network and enter the password when prompted.

When you have finished, click the cross icon in the top right corner until you return to the screen for "Device Settings".

To resume downloading the firmware update, select "Firmware Update".

It will then check if the update is currently downloading and resume the download from where it left off. Wait for the download to finish and check back again later.

Remarks:
- If the battery charge gets too low, the download will be interrupted, so make sure your device is connected to a power source.
- Don't press the power button as this will cause the device to enter sleep mode. This will interrupt the download.
