With Genio, a passcode can be set for a child's account.
This feature can introduce children to the use of passcodes on electronic devices, for protection of their files and other information.
If your child forgets their passcode, you can help reset the passcode status to OFF in Parental Controls, i.e. the passcode your child has set will be removed.
Select the Parental Controls icon at the bottom right corner of the profile selection screen to enter Parental Controls.
Enter your Parental Controls passcode on the next screen.
First, select "Child Profile Manager" from the Parental Controls menu. Then, select "Reset Child Passcode" to continue.
Click the Reset icon
of the relative account to reset the passcode.
Once it is confirmed, the passcode status will change from ON to OFF.
